Our yoga small group sessions are intended to help children find peace. Using different strategies, we slowly start to calm our bodies and soothe our minds with techniques that your child can take out of the studio and use in their everyday life. 

No pre-existing knowledge or ability is required to participate in yoga sessions as we learn through calm and controlled movements to slow our bodies and focus our minds.

Yoga can be beneficial for everyone, particularly those living with:

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Low self-esteem

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Behavioural issues
